Square Silicone has been active in the silicone industry for over 16 years. We believe that making quality silicone products begins by carefully listening to our customers and understanding their requirements. We then manufacture the right products, supplying our customers with customized formulations and unique silicone technology solutions. We also provide them with technical and regulatory support so that they can comply with the highest national and international standards.

Our Working Space Environment

R&D Center includes compounding lab, processing lab, photoelectric testing center, mechanics test center, chromatogram & thermal property analysis center, new energy lab, sampling workshop and pilot test workshop. Laboratory area is about 1000 m²  and workshop is about 1500 m². The laboratory equipment worth more than 10 million yuan.

Square Silicone Achivements

In 2006 Square Silicone R&D Center was founded, in 2013 was granted as ‘organic silicone and composite materials engineering center of Shenzhen city’ and 2015 was granted as ‘Liquid silicone rubber engineering center of Guangdong province’.

Square Silicone Cooperation

In June of 2012,  reached a cooperation agreement with the Xi’an Jiaotong Universityto established joint laboratories of the modified silicone composite materials, exploit each advantages to promote common development and industrial research.In 2015, reached an cooperation agreement with the TCL Group, set up new electronic materials joint R&D center of  TCL & Square silicone.

Our Research and Development Team

R&D center has 20 engineers, including 3 senior or doctorial engineers and 8 Intermediate or master engineers. Square silicone built up a professional R&D team with doctorial and master qualification.

Our engineer center has an R&D center, laboratory, testing center, and middle testing workshop to ensure the continuous improvement and innovation design. We can offer tailor-made solutions to meet customers demand rapidly. Our products are categorized as many series of different types of products.
