ZHEJIANG FACTORY SECOND STAGE 8000 TONS LSR LINE FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY

On June 25th, Square Silicone Zhejiang factory hold its second stage liquid silicone rubber (LSR) production line. After completion the new line will have an output of 8000 tons liquid silicone rubber anually. The line adopts centrally automatic control technologies and will be one of the most advanced line in the world. The new line will produce LSR from the middle of 2023, after that Zhejaing factory will have totall output of 14000 tons for global cusotmers gradually.

Square Silicone attended 2021 (20th) Silicone Fine Chemicals Conference in Shanghai

2021 (20th) silicone fine chemicals conference was held on 22-24 Dec. 2021 in Shanghai. As the top event of China’s silicone industry, it’s continue to build a good platform for industry exchanges.

President YanMin Li as an invited experts, presented in the conference by topic “LSR forming process evolution and application prospect”. Nearly 300 guests interactive online and on-site.

The committee interviewed Mr. Li during the conference. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Li dedicate the LSR industry, under his leadership, Square Silicone is being a key global producer and distributor of silicone rubber materials.

Mr. Li’s speech was highly commented by the orgnizer and was one of the main focus during the conference.

Celebrating Zhejiang Square Silicone 1st phase construction

In the date of March 15th 2017, Zhejiang Quzhou hi-tech industrial park, The construction project of Zhejiang Square Silicone Co., LTD started by the investment from Shenzhen Square Silicone Co., LTD.

The deputy director of Zhejiang Square Silicone, Mr LIU, manager of the industrial park, and local construction unit participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. They laid an important shovel soil and witnessed this grand occasion in the sound of music and salute. This was recorded as historic moment of Quzhou hi-tech industrial park.

Mr Liu started the speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, required the participated construction unit and technical personnel to be responsible, strengthen management, ensure the quality and efficiency to complete the construction tasks. The first phase of LSR project shall be built up as a high quality with the international advanced technology production base. To establish an benchmark project for the second phase investment project in 2019.

This project covers an area of 20000 square meters, construction area 16000 square meters. It will have the first trial production at the end of 2017. The new production base will be the important milestone in the history of Shenzhen Square silicone Co., LTD. The completion of this project will become the important production base of liquid silicone rubber in China.
